Crankcase Head-Breather Kits

Jet Assortment Kit for HSR42

This jet assortment kit contains 44 pieces in a special jet box. Included are 2 each 150 thru 170 (1 only 160) main jets, 2 each 22.5 thru 35 pilot jets (1 only 30), 1 each -95, -96 and -97 HSR42 needles, 2 each #60 a/p nozzles, needle clip and washers.

Throttle Cables

HSR42/45 Carb Kits sold from 1994 to1999 required special Mikuni throttle cables (LH throttle crank). HSR42 carbs manufactured after May 1999 (RH throttle crank with plastic wheel), and HSR45 manufactured after March 2000 use stock Harley-Davidson cables.
