This throttle cable is a direct replacement for the OEM Yamaha XS650 584-26311-00-20 cable and suits some stock and custom applications. The outer housing length from the top bend to the base of the bottom ferule is 00mm and the cable has an inner wire total protrusion length of 00mm. Use these measurements for determining comparability with your motorcycle.
This premium grade throttle cable for use with Mikuni Carburetors has a Nylon lined outer housing. The Nylon liner inside the outer cable housing conduit is for reduced friction and heat resistance.
For identification: Measuring with the cable lying out straight (the inner will retract if bent).
From the bend on the top fitting to carb end of the outer housing is 1010mm
The amount of free inner wire protruding from the outer housing when pulled out at one end only (including to the outer edge of the barrel) is 75mm
Top barrel is 4x6mm diameter
Bottom barrel is 8x6mm diameter
