This dual Mikuni TM34 carburetor kit is easily fitted to your  Honda CX500 or CX650 twin using your OEM manifolds and the improvement is instant. This kit includes either our shorter profile Oval POD filters or the option to change these out for our 70mm long regular PODS, also there’s the choice of either red or black filters. Both suit and look great if wanting to either keep your side covers or have the naked bike bobber look. The carbs are fitted with a pair of CNC machined silver anodized carb outlet sleeves, enlarging the carb spigot OD size to 46mm so as to match and fit into your OEM rubber boots. The nylon lined 2-1 premium quality throttle cables have threaded 90 degree lower fittings which screw directly into the carb top for a lower profile fit and a top 10mm fitting to suit your OEM throttle housing.

These carbs come fitted with the most commonly suited jets for Australian fuel and conditions as well as spares for fine tuning the top end at WOT. International orders are jetted accordingly. Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. Please do contact us if you believe further fine tuning is required and we can guide you through the process. If wishing to modify your existing Honda CX cables to suit the Mikuni TM 34 or use a different air filter rather than the options provided or maybe want a cable set with quick action 1/4 turn throttle, you can purchase the carburetor, tuner jet kit (selecting the jets required to make this carb run on your engine) and or what ever other components you want individually by following the directions below.

On the main menu to the left of the page, hover over the carb listing for Mikuni TM carbs non-pump and then select TM34 from the drop down list. When clicking on any individual size Mikuni carb from the drop down list it will put you into a page showing not only the Mikuni carb itself but also any items relevant to that carb, being Mikuni jets, Mikuni flanges, Mikuni carb tuning kits, Mikuni cables , Mikuni throttles, Mikuni air-cleaners and a range of Mikuni carb to OEM air box adapters etc to also suit. This also makes alternate jet selection easy for you if you have your own spec or wish to purchase extra jets as only the type of  jets that fit that particular carb are shown.
