This 38″ is the stock length Return Throttle cable for Pre-1996 models with threaded top throttle housing fittings when fitting to the 94 thru May ’99 early version of the HSR carb, which is identified by the throttle actuator being on the left-hand or rear wheel side of the carb when looking at it from the air-cleaner side.
