Description

This cable starter (Choke) conversion kit suits our Mikuni VM30 thru 44mm Carbs and Mikuni TM32 thru 38 non-pump type Flatslide Mikuni Carburetors. The cable is 310mm long where the end knob clicks to hold open when pulled out. This parts item fits the version of these carburetors sold on this site but may not match those on many similar but slightly different versions of the same size carburetors made specially by the Mikuni factory for OEM motorcycle manufacturers.

The piston has an 8mm diameter, a total length of 17.5mm with the critical length up from the bottom at the 8mm diameter being 9.4mm. The thread on the nut is 10mm (measuring 9.9mm).
