Manifolds sold as Alloy cast manifold only.

This Mikunioz designed cast two into one manifold has an enlarged mid manifold plenum area to better facilitate the fuel mixture between the cylinders. To allow for a wider manifold with better holding grip whilst still isolating the cylinder head heat from the fuel delivery system, the OEM carb rubber mounting flanges require replacing with 2x shorter  Mikuni heavy duty flanges designed and made by Mikuni for the Harley market, sold separately. A 3rd heavy duty rubber flange also purchased separately, is required for manifold to Carb connection.

This manifold is sold either as a manifold only or as another listed item with the two KHS-004 rubber mounting flanges required for cylinder head connection.

Purchase Separately

KHS-004 for mounting carbs with 42 thru 44mm spigot diameters, being VM36, VM38, TM36 and TM38 non-pump or TM36 and TM40 pumper.

HS42/018-42 for TM42 pumper carbs (the top cable holder tube on the 42 just fouls on the 1100 lower OEM tank seam)
