This Mikuni RS34 carburetor Kit is for direct fitment to GSFS Bandit engines. They will breathe a whole new lease of life into your machine with an up to 25% increase in power, whilst making it perform and operate as it should with no hesitations or flat spots.
You will very quickly realize that the expense of a rebuild of your old worn OEM carbs can far exceed the cost of these new units and unfortunately as with many rebuilds now days you only have the option in many cases of gambling with very poor quality aftermarket parts. Considering this and if intending to ride and enjoy your motorcycle it makes good sense to retire your OEM carbs into the cupboard and step up to a set of RS’s.
TPS- Some later model Bandits have a throttle position sensor on the OEM carbs, where if wont run with it disconnected you will need to purchase elsewhere a Dyna S ignition system which eliminates the sensor and also offer some other performance enhancements.
Before rushing in and ordering please firstly check your carb spacing and carbie sizes for compatibility. These are not suited for downdraft engines.
This Mikuni kit comes with the carb throttle port center to center spacing’s listed below for direct fitment to 2000 and Later Suzuki GSFS Bandit Engines. Please confirm dimensions before ordering
A= 82mm (spacing center to center between carb 1 & 2)
B= 85mm (carb 2 & 3)
C= 82mm (carb 3 & 4)
The carb total front to back length of 100 replaces your OEM carbs measuring 95 thru 100mm and comes with either a 55mm inlet outside diameter for use with POD filters or velocity stacks or with fitted sleeves increasing the inlet diameter to 58mm for standard air-box compatibility. The carb outlet diameter at the motor end is 40mm, where the RS 34 are a match to your OEM 38 or 40mm.
All sleeves are CNC machined, silver anodized and permanently set in place using 620 Loctite. These RS carbs have been re-spaced using new stainless steel throttle and choke shafts along with plated metal upper and lower support brackets for maximum strength and rigidity.

You can also buy separately either POD filters or Velocity stacks which have no form of filter in them (15, 30,50 and 75mm long) for racing.
