Norton Atlas 2 into 1 Alloy manifold (manifold only)

Description

Norton Altas Manifold Only.

These manifolds will accept all of our VM carbs from 30mm through to 38mm and the TM non pump carbs from 32 through to 38mm. Our recommendation for 750 motors is to use a VM34 carb and for 850cc use the VM36 carb. If really wanting a quantum leap in performance we do also offer a 2-1 kit using our TM36 Flatslide pumper carb and an again different version of this manifold.

If using VM carbs ranging from 30 through to 34mm or TM 32 through 34mm which all have an outlet spigot diameter of 40mm, the manifold can be purchased with the additional 990-842-007 heavy duty rubber mounting flange.

If using VM36 or VM38 carbs or TM 36 through 38 which all have an outlet spigot diameter of 43mm, the manifold can be purchased with the KHS-004 or I-VM-200-1 heavy duty rubber mounting flange.

These manifolds are a slightly different design to others on the market where on the Commando they move the carb forward slightly giving some extra space behind and both come with a 75mm stud spacing to allow for the use of the more heavy duty rubber type mounting flanges where the wall thickness at the clamp is around double of the VM34-200 flange used with many other manifolds on the market, this better handles vibration and thus offers a far extended life span.
