Description
This carb is the stock replacement for the DRZ350 and when purchasing for a 350 you receive just the carb.
If your DR350 has the CV carb with diaphragm slide then you will need to purchase from Suzuki, the air box rubber boot for this carb. This Mikuni TM33 carb has an inlet diameter of 50mm. The CV carb is much larger and the boot will not clamp down. Your stock CV throttle cables should fit directly to this carb.
With the DR250 the kit includes a new pilot and main jet that must be fitted.
If replacing the DRZ250 28mm mechanical pumper carb as pictured, your throttle cables are to short where if wanting to reuse them and save some money, you need to remove and swap out your cable bracket, rotor and shaft with those on the new carb. To change the rotor and shaft simply remove your carb top, undo the throttle valve arm screw and slide out the shaft with rotor in place and then slide it back into the new carb. Alternately you can buy this carb with a new quick action throttle and cables as listed as a purchase option.
