Sorry we are not selling the kit as pictured at the moment as don’t have a manufacturer to make the cable brackets where now bending them in store. Unfortunately, the time it takes to complete one of these brackets exceeds the value of the total kit price, so now only do so for marketing in complete carb kits.
We have had a few customers who are handy in the workshop buy what we have including the flat lazer cut 3mm stainless steel cable bracket and bend it themselves. The Harley version is a bit more involved than Jap single version. Please contact us if wanting this so we can drop one into stock for you where we do include a second plate just in case to stuff it up and also provide pictures for the bending and drilling process.
This kit is for relocating the throttle cable connection and actuation system from the right to left hand side on Mikuni HSR/TM 42, 45 and 48mm carburetors.
Kit components are: new stainless steel shaft, twin cable rotor and roll pin, Lower cable bracket for Harley Shovel applications, bracket spacer.
This kit requires (not included) the use of our TM40 type cables with the 6mm lower fittings with two nuts on each fitting for lock off, being either our Quick action throttle and or cables, KRS-001 street bike throttle and cables or HS40 Harley cables wher ethe other kit with the lower cable bracket is required for rocker box clearance. Find these cables or combo’s in the main menu “TM Flatslide Pumper Carbs” drop list, TM40 carb option.
