Description

These tank fitting kits convert 1995–2001 Harley-Davidson models equipped with Magneti Marelli Fuel Injection systems to a carburetor system. Once installed, most Harley 22mm Petcock or our Hi-Flow Valve can be used. Because of the smaller inside diameter of this fitting most petcock tank filters have to be removed requiring the installation of a good inline filter before your new carburetor. The second 18mm plug is for blanking off the no longer required EFI return port. These fittings are machined from billet stainless steel. The petcock fitting has a 3/4″ x 16TPI thread for tank fitment.

Each fitting has a fiber washer for protecting the paint on tensioning but as this tank surface can have some discrepancies you must seal the threads on installation using Loctite 567 or a similar thread sealant.
