This flange suits all HSR42 Harley carbs when mounting to a two bolt standard, S&S or other manifold (not the Mikuni Manifold) and will also suit any other carb with a  45mm spigot diameter & 70-75mm bolt centres. These are also used when mounting OEM Harley CV carbs to Shovelheads.
